Free delivery applies for all orders delivered in Australia with standard Australia Post Parcel Post.

How long does it take to dispatch my urns?

Stock of Biodegradable Urns is held ready for dispatch in our Australian warehouses in 1/2 business days.
It usually takes 2 – 8 business days to be delivered to most areas.

Does Soul Trees offer express delivery?

We offer Express Parcel Post delivery at a flat rate of $ 15. This service takes 1-3 business days to most areas.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and details on how to track your delivery.

Can my urns be delivered to AustPost post offices and po boxes?

Yes, we can deliver your urns to Australia Post PO Boxes as long as you choose the Express Post option at checkout.

Can I have my urn delivered to a specific funeral home or memorial park?

Yes, we can deliver the urn to any address in Australia, including funeral homes or memorial parks. When placing your order, please provide any specific requirements and information in the “Note” section.

How do I track my delivery?

All deliveries include a unique tracking number and a link that AusPost will text message once the order is dispatched. You can track the delivery progress on the Australia Post website. Additionally, we will email you the tracking number and the link to AusPost. We monitor all parcels from the moment of dispatch to delivery.

Does someone need to be there when the urns are delivered?

No signature is required. Our deliveries are tracked and ensured they reach the place of delivery as indicated by the Customer in the Order at the moment of purchase.

Return Policy

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of receipt of products with a valid reason for return. Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, all products purchased on the website may not be returned for a refund or exchange.
